Payment & Warranty


We can deliver to your shipping agent or We can help to find the best shipping agent to Deliver your Order safely.
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm Bangkok Time will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Bangkok time or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping  confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Shipping is currently available to all of these countries. However,  to prevent fraud the Supplier reserves the right at our sole discretion  to refuse shipping any order, for any reason.

Description and Price of Goods

The description and price of the products you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are  accurate at the time you place your order although prices are subject to  change without notice.
If after acceptance of the order we discover that the goods will be  unavailable for longer than 28 days we will inform you and offer you the  option of receiving the rest of your order and supplying the  unavailable product when it becomes available, or for you to wait for  the complete order to be dispatched at a later date.

Stocks Levels

Juthaporn-Shop updates the availability of the entire  stock list several times a day. Items that are ‘Out Of Stock’ will be  displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a  product marked ‘In Stock’, we will contact you. You may then wish to  cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.


All payments for goods must be made via international wire transfer  directly to our bank account, The order will be shipped after the first  30% payment is received in our bank account, and to handle any  misunderstanding both of sales and customer, please you contact us  through phone/email after you have made a payment.
You are also advised to email us with the scanned proof of the  payment by your bank, so we can released your order for immediate  shipment.
You are responsible for all bank transfer fees, Shipping costs and Insurance.
(Please note that we accept payment by Amex, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro except for local order).
There will be no Delivery until Payment, Cleared funds are received.


A payment guarantee is a type of financial commitment that requires the  debtor to repay the debt in accordance with the terms and conditions  that apply to the original debt agreement.
In some cases, the guarantee is backed with the use of some type of  collateral, such as property or some other type of asset that is  acceptable to the lender.
In this situation, the seller may require what is known as an advance payment guarantee.
The amount of the guarantee may be the full price of the goods that are to be shipped, or a specific percentage of that amount.
Generally, the percentage/funds are kept on deposit at the seller’s bank  until the order is shipped, received, and accepted by the buyer. At  that point, the funds are released to the seller, and any remaining  payment is made. Should the seller fail to ship the goods according to  terms, or the received order is incorrect, the buyer can exercise the  payment guarantee if the seller is not willing to take steps to fulfill  his or her contractual obligations.
